摘要
盘锦游泳馆是下部采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,屋盖、外围两圈V形柱及坡道采用钢结构的复杂结构。结构的主要抗侧力构件除框架结构的钢筋混凝土柱外,还包括外围两圈钢结构V形柱。钢结构屋盖跨度为66.6m,主桁架下弦由两根圆管组成,其侧向稳定性主要靠两个十字交叉索保证。对基础、下部钢筋混凝土框架结构、上部钢结构的设计分别进行了阐述,并对结构进行了抗震分析、对钢结构进行了稳定验算及对节点进行了有限元分析。分析表明,合理的结构布置可使得结构整体抗震性能良好;下弦由两根圆管组成的单榀桁架相比普通单榀桁架稳定性能更优;单榀桁架间设置交叉稳定索的柔性支撑体系能够保证整个屋盖结构的整体稳定。
The Panjin Natatorium is a composite structure which is composed of reinforced concrete frame structure and steel roof,the outer two circles of V-shaped steel columns and steel ramp. The two rows of V-shaped steel columns are main components to resist later force beside the frame concrete columns. Steel structure roof has the largest span of 66. 6m,the lower chords of the main steel truss are two circular steel tubes,and the lateral stability of the main truss depends on two cross cables. Designs were described respectively for the foundation,concrete frame structure and the steel structure.Structural seismic analysis was carried out as well as stability calculation of steel structure and the finite element analysis on the joints. Results shows that the reasonable structure system can ensure the anti-seismic ability of the overall structure.And the truss whose chords are composed of two circular steel tubes has better stability than ordinary truss. Flexible supporting system with cross stable cable arranged between different pieces of trusses can ensure the overall stability of the whole roof structure.
