Prestressed design and construction study on cable net curtain walls of People's Daily Newspaper Complex Building

摘要 人民日报社报刊综合楼索网幕墙结构属于超高曲面索网结构,鉴于此类结构拉索超长、索网整体呈曲面外形的特殊性,其设计和施工均不同于常规平面索网。重点阐述了该索网结构的设计和预应力施工,设计上采用了有限元法建立了包含边界结构的整体计算模型,针对此类超高曲面索网结构的特点,总结了设计要点,进行了多工况荷载组合计算,最终设计满足承载力和变形的要求。施工上,一方面将整片索网根据边界柱分为若干个区域,张拉时整体按照一边到另一边的顺序张拉,单个区域按照从两边到中间的顺序张拉;另一方面,通过将单根通长曲线拉索分8段来设计,以实现索网的造型和保证结构的安全。采用有限元软件对施工过程进行模拟计算分析,实际施工时采取监测手段来校核施工模拟计算的结果。实践证明文中所述的设计和施工方法切实可行,并取得了预期的建筑效果。 The cable net curtain wall structure of People' s Daily Newspaper Complex Building is a kind of super-high curved cable net structure. Considering the specialty of super-long tensile cable and overall curved shape of cable net,the design and construction are different from those of the normal plane cable net. The design and prestressed construction of the cable net structure were illustrated emphatically. The finite element method was used in design to establish overall calculation model including boundary structure. According to the characteristics of super-high curved cable net structure,the key points of the design were summarized,and load combination calculations under multiple working conditions were conducted. The final design met the requirements of the bearing capacity and deformation. In construction,the whole piece of cable net was divided into several regions according to the boundary columns. As a whole,tension sequence of prestressing is from one side of the cable net to the other side. For a single area,tension sequence of prestressing is from both sides to the middle. On the other hand,a single long curved tensile cable was designed as eight cables to satisfy the shape of cable net and safety of the structure. The finite element software was used to simulate the construction process,and the field monitoring was used in actual construction to check the result of simulation analysis of construction. The practice proves that the proposed design and construction method are feasible and achieves the desired architectural effect.
