摘要
为了解铬、铝合金元素对J55钢电化学腐蚀行为的影响,采用电化学测试和浸泡试验研究了含铬和铝的J55钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为。结果表明:加入1.49%Cr、1.47%Al和1.98%Cr、1.95%Al后,J55钢的开路电位(或自腐蚀电位)明显正移,腐蚀活性降低,极化电阻增大,自腐蚀电流密度减小,腐蚀速率大大降低;加入铝、铬元素后的J55钢在NaCl溶液中浸泡200d后,其表面生成了富集铝和铬的具有保护性的腐蚀产物膜,提高了钢的耐腐蚀性能。
In order to understand the effect of alloying elements of Cr and Al on electrochemical corrosion behavior of J55 steel, the steel's electrochemical corrosion behavior in 3, 5wt% NaCl solution was investigated by electrochemical measuring and immersion testing. The results show that, after adding 1.49wt% Cr, 1.47wt% Al and 1.98wt% Cr, 1.95wt% Al into J55 steel, open corrosion potention (Eocp) or self-corrosion potential of the alloyed J55 steel moved to the positive direction, this indicating the reduction of corrosion activity. The alloyed steels exhibited higher corrosion resistance, lower corrosion current density and lower corrosion rate. After the alloyed steels were immersed in NaCI solution for 200 d, protective corrosion product with Cr- and Al-rich was found on the surface of the steels, the corrosion resistance of the steel was increased by the corrosion product.
