摘要
温拌剂在热拌沥青混合料中具有良好的效果,文章针对目前典型的两类温拌剂(Sasobit和Evotherm)进行了沥青及其沥青混合料对比试验。结果表明:两类温拌沥青均满足设计指标,其中,Sasobit温拌组在<140℃条件下动力黏度比原样沥青小1.5 Pa·s,薄膜加热试验后Evotherm温拌组抗老化性相比原样组有所改善;车辙试验表明Sasobit温拌组的动稳定度比原样组上升10.8%,具备更好的高温稳定性;Evotherm在弯曲试验中受到影响较小,Sasobit温拌剂对沥青黏度影响较大,不利于沥青混合料低温抗裂性的提高。
The warm-mix agent has good effect in warm-mix asphalt mixture.This article conducted the comparative test on the asphalt and its asphalt mixture for two currently typical warm-mix agents(Sasobit and Evotherm).The results showed that these two kinds of warm-mix asphalt can both meet the design index, in which the dynamic viscosity of Sasobit warm-mix group is 1.5 Pa · s less than original asphalt when 〈 140℃, and the anti-aging property of Evotherm warm-mix group is improved after the film heating test when compared to original group;the rutting test showed that the dynamic stability of Sasobit warm-mix group is 10. 8% higher than original group, with better high-temperature stability; Evotherm is less affected during the bending test, Sasobit warm-mix agent has greater effect on asphalt viscosity,which is not conducive to improving the low-temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture.
