基于突发事故的大型活动期间公交客流疏散研究

Study on Evacuation of Public Traffic Passengers during Large Events Based on Sudden Accidents

在最短的时间内将聚集在活动场地的大量客流安全、快捷地输送至安全地点是应对突发事故的重点,公交以其载客量大的优势成为应对突发事故进行客流疏散的主要工具。文章针对大型活动突发事故期间公交客流疏散问题,结合大型活动客流特征及突发事故客流特征,根据现实情况合理有效地利用有限的社会资源,建立基于多驻车点、多疏散点的循环调车客流疏散模型。该模型方法可有效地循环利用公交资源,对事故期间客流及时疏散起到一定的促进作用。

It is the key point to deal with sudden accidents in the shortest possible time to transport large numbers of passenger flow gathered at event place safely and quickly to the safe place, and with the advantage of large passenger capacity, the public transportation becomes the main tool for passenger evacuation to deal with unexpected emergencies.Based on the characteristics of large event passenger flow and the characteristics of passenger flow in emergencies, regarding the public passenger evacuation problem at sudden accidents during large events,and according to the actual situa- tion ,this article made full use of limited social resources rationally and effectively,and built the circular vehicle-scheduling passenger flow evacuation model based on multi-parking points and multi-evacuation points.This model method can effectively recycle the public transportation resources, which can play a certain promoting role for the timely evacuation of passenger flow during the accident.
