摘要
椭圆曲柄是能够生成椭圆曲线的行星机构,用椭圆曲柄作为曲柄滑块机构的驱动曲柄,相当于一个具有长度和速度变化的、沿着椭圆曲线运动的曲柄,从而改变了滑块的运动特性。研究了对心椭圆曲柄滑块机构的运动特性,提出了工作行程具有一段近似等速运动的滑块机构。给出了对心椭圆曲柄滑块机构的分析与综合方法,分析了主要参数的选择方法和范围及其对机构性能的影响。
Elliptic crank is able to generate elliptic curve of the planet mechanism. The elliptic crank was selected as the driven crank of slider-crank mechanism, which was equal to the mechanism with variable length, variable speed, as well as the elliptical movement crank. The kinematic characteristics of the slider was changed. The kinematic characteristics of the elliptical crank slider mechanism was studied. The slider mechanism with the approximate isokinetic motion in the working process was proposed. The analysis and synthesis method of the elliptic crank slider was given. The selection method and range of main pa- rameters were analyzed. The influence of this on the performance of the mechanism was analyzed.
