摘要
整合素连接激酶(ILK)是1996年Hannigan等以整合素β1胞质结构域为诱饵,运用酵母双杂交筛选系统发现的一种胞内丝氨酸-苏氨酸蛋白激酶,其可在整合素信号通路中介导ECM与细胞之间的信号传递,调节细胞的增殖、迁移、分化等。ILK与多种肿瘤及肾间质纤维化等密切相关,但其在皮肤创面愈合过程中的作用近年来才得到学者们的关注。本文主要就ILK在皮肤创面愈合过程中增殖修复期的作用及其相关机制作一综述。
Previous studies have demonstrated that inte- grin-linked kinases (ILKs) are abundantly expressed in extra- cellular matrix (ECM) riche dermis, hair follicles, and basal cells of epidermis. ILKs are not only essential for the mainte- nance of skirt structure, but also play important roles in wound healing. ILKs can promote the formation of granulation tissue by stimulating the proliferation of fibroblasts and secretion of ECM, accelerate wound contraction by inducing the differentiation of fi- broblasts to myofibroblasts, and boost reepithelization by promo- ting proliferation, migration, and differentiation of keratinocytes and follicle epidermal stem cells.
