摘要 目的用心音传感器探究动脉脉音和血压听诊音波形。方法将心音传感器绑缚于右肱动脉血压听诊处,分别描记未测量血压时和测量血压时发生在肱动脉上的声音和(或)振动波形(脉音图)。结果于肱动脉血压听诊处描记到了动脉脉音波形,这组基本图形由主峰、前峰和后峰组成。这组图形在测量血压和不测量血压时明显不同。在测量血压早期,主峰波幅明显减小,最末的血压听诊峰之后连续几个主峰其形态均偏小,只相当于未测量血压时主峰的约60%,直到外压力完全解除后才恢复到正常大小。结论本文证实了血压听诊音波形和动脉脉音波形的存在,动脉脉音波形由主峰、前峰和后峰组成。测量血压时主峰波幅明显减小。 Objective To explore the waveform of arterial sound and the waveform of blood pressure auscultation sound by heart-sound sensor. Methods The heart sound sensor was attached to the blood pressure auscultation place of right brachial artery, then the waveform of arterial sound (vibration) and the waveform of blood pressure auscultation sound over the brachial artery were recorded at the time when blood pressure was measured or not, which was termed phonarteriogram. Results The waveform of blood pressure auscultation sound was recorded at the blood pressure auscultation place of right brachial artery. The basic waveform was composed of the main-peak, front-peak and post peak, which were apparently different at the time of blood pressure measuring. At the early stage of blood pressure measuring, the amplitude of main-peak became smaller, the amplitude of several main-peaks which appeared just after the blood pressure auscultation sound disappeared with only 60% of amplitude at the time of blood pressure not measured, and when the external pressure (the pressure of sphygmomanometer) was completely removed, it returned to normal size. Conclusion The waveform of blood pressure auscultation sound and the waveform of arterial sound are existing. The basic waveform is composed of the main-peak, front-peak and post-peak. When measuring blood pressure, the amplitude of main peak is significantly decreased.
