锌硒茶对高脂高糖饮食致大鼠糖脂代谢紊乱的干预作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨锌硒茶对高脂高糖大鼠糖脂代谢紊乱的干预作用。方法:实验分为普通饲料组(C)、高脂高糖组(CH)、高脂高糖+绿茶组(CHT)和高脂高糖+锌硒茶组(ZTH)4组。7周后灌胃茶水,监测空腹血糖,18周后检测空腹血糖和血脂指标。结果:(1)12周ZTH组空腹血糖45、60、120 min比CHT组低(P<0.01)。(2)灌胃6、11周,血糖CHT组>CH组>ZTH组>C组。与CHT组比较,11周ZTH组比CHT组低(P<0.05)。(3)胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平ZTH组低于CH组(P<0.05)。结论:锌硒茶可调节高脂高糖饮食大鼠的血糖、血脂、胆固醇,效果优于绿茶。 Objective To explore the effects of zinc selenium tea (ZST) on glucose and lipid metabolism. Methods Rats were divided into groups C, CH, CHT and ZTH. After being fed on high-fat, high-sugar diets for seven weeks, group ZTH was irrigated with ZST for eleven weeks, while group CHT was irrigated with green tea. FBG was measured weekly. Levels of blood glucose and lipid were detected. Results FBG at 45, 60, or 120 min was lower in ZTH than in CHT in week 12 (P 〈 0.01). In the 6th and llth week, level of FBG was in group CHT 〉 CH 〉 ZTH 〉 C. FBG in week 11 was lower in group ZTH than in group CHT (P 〈 0.05). Levels of TG, TC, HDL-C,and LDL-C were lower in group ZTH than in group CH (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Zinc selenium tea can lower blood levels of glucose, lipid, and cholesterol in rats fed with high-fat, high-sugar diets.
