摘要 大型真菌是天然生物活性物质的重要来源,具有潜在的药用价值。萜类化合物作为一类重要的生物活性物质,来源分布广泛,是天然产物中最大的家族。许多来自于大型真菌中的萜类化合物已被验证其药理活性,本文对近年来大型真菌萜类化合物的抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化活性及其商业应用进行了概述。 Mushrooms have been valued as important sources of natural bio-active compounds for many centuries and have been targeted as potential therapeutic agents. As important biologically active substances,terpenoids are the largest family of natural products and widely distributed in nature. The phyotherapeutic efficiency of large quantities of terpenoids isolated from the mushrooms has been proved. This paper reviewed the commercial application and biological activities such as antitumor,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities of terpenoids from mushroom origin in recent years.
