摘要 以应急条件下卫星应用需求为牵引,分析了我国现有星地资源运用过程及其面临的综合运用能力弱、数传资源浪费等不足,提出了一种适合应急条件下星地资源综合运用的新模式,并分析了其中涉及的数传网,卫星资源、测控资源、数传资源数据库,以及综合运用调度模型和算法等关键技术。新模式建立了数传网的概念,在任务规划时综合考虑卫星资源、测控资源及数传资源分配,旨在最大程度地发挥星地资源的综合运用能力。仿真结果表明,提出的新模式能够有效缩短应急条件下的任务需求响应时间。 Derived from requirements of missions under emergency conditions,current satellite and station resources handling process and disadvantages which the ability of integrated handling is weak and data transfer resources is waste are analyzed.A new mode which fits into satellite and station resources handling under emergency conditions is put forward,and its key techniques,such as data transfer net,satellite resources,control resources and database of data transfer resources,integrated handling models and algorithm are also analyzed.The concept of data transfer net is established,and satellites resources,control resources as well as data transfer resources are all considered when mission scheduled,which mostly upgrades ability of satellite and station resources integrated handling.The simulation result shows that proposed new mode can shorten the response time of mission requirement under emergency conditions.
