摘要
以传统小卫星数传分系统中对有效载荷数据进行处理的基带数据处理设备及系统管理控制单元为基础,采用高速串行数据线、高集成模块化数字电路、高速大容量存储模块集成、机电协同设计等技术,设计了一种数传基带数据处理通用集成平台。与传统小卫星数传分系统同功能设备与线缆设计相比,体积减小约82%,质量减少约75%,功耗降低约50%,能满足小卫星体积和质量小、功耗低的需求。此外,数据流优化设计可使固态存储利用率提升14.3%。文章提出的通用集成平台设计可为小卫星数传分系统的集成设计提供参考。
Based on the baseband data processing device for payload data and system management control unit in the traditional small satellite DTS(data transmission system),a universal integrative platform is designed.In the platform,some new technologies are used such as high-speed serial data transmission line,highly-integrated blocking digital circuit,integrated high-speed mass block memory,mechanical and electrical cooperative design and so on.Compared with the traditional design with the same fuctions device and cable design,the platform reduces cubage to82%,mass to 75% and consumption to 50%,and can satisfy the requirements of small satellite for smaller cubage,lighter weight and lower consumption.Besides,optimal design of data stream makes the efficiency of solid state memory increase 14.3%.The platform proposed above provides a reference for the integrated DTS design of small satellite.
