摘要 文章从PCB的可制造性出发,结合相关的理论及实践经验,阐述PCB设计过程中应遵循的基本原则。改善传统PCB设计对可制造性造成的不利影响,实现PCB设计与自动化生产的无缝连接,从而降低生产成本及人工成本。 Begin from design for manufacture, DFM, of PCB and combined with related theory and practice experience, this paper explained the basic principles that should be followed in the process of PCB design. Improve the adverse effects of traditional PCB design on manufacturing, and realize the seamless connection between PCB design and automatic production, can reduce the production cost and labor cost.
