摘要
文章中用导电纳米银浆与聚氨酯制得了一种可拉伸的线路,这种线路是以银纳米粒子团块交替层复合结构为中心,佐以4-4MDI型聚氨酯的优良弹性,可以将5个银纳米粒子层材料可以拉伸到原来的长度的两倍以上而不断裂,还获得电导率11000 s/cm的线路,为下一步设计可伸缩性柔性电子产品创造了条件。
In this paper we produced scalability circuit with conductive nanosilver gel and symmetrical model urethane polymers. This kind of circuit was produced by nanosilver particular layer and 4-4 MDI symmetrical urethane polymers as alternative compound. Besides it could be pulled to 200% of original length and appear no break, we got the circuit of 11000 S/cm conductivity, and could be as preparation to develop flexible electronic product for next step.
