摘要
采用同位素稀释高分辨率气相色谱-高分辨质谱法(HRGC-HRMS)对2,3,7,8-位氯取代的二噁英类以及四氯至八氯取代的多氯代二苯并-对-二噁英(PCDDs)和多氯代二苯并呋喃(PCDFs)进行定性和定量分析,根据不同的前处理措施,测定同一平行样品的二噁英类含量,比较各个平行样品的回收率。
Using HRGC-HRMS methods, the quantitative and qualitative analysis on isomer substituted at 2,3,7,8-position of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins （PCDDs）and polychlorinated dibenzofurans （PCDFs） were conducted in this paper. According to different pretreatments, contents of PCDDs and PCDFs in the same parallel samples were determined, and the recovery rates were compared.
