摘要
本文概述了西藏自治区申扎县草原的现状,指出草原当前存在生态资源退化沙化、水土流失、冰川湿地退缩、生物多样性锐减等系列问题。针对这些问题,建议进一步强化政策保障;提高牧民群众思想认识,更新观念;采取推广禁牧和休牧、围栏封育、补播牧草、草地施肥、草地鼠虫害防治和草地灌溉等技术措施。
This paper summarized the current situation of grassland in Shenzha County of Tibet Autonomous Region,and pointed out that there were a series of problems, such as the degradation of ecological resources, soil erosion, erosion of glaciers and the reduction of biological diversity.To solve these problems, it is recommended to further strengthen policy support;improve herdsmen thought ,renew the concept ;take measures such as promoting the forbidden grazing and rest grazing and fencing, reseeding, fertilization, grassland rodent and pest control and grass irrigation.
