日粮中添加膨化亚麻籽对奶牛乳品质及脂肪酸组成的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验旨在研究膨化亚麻籽对奶牛乳品质及乳肪酸组成的影响。选取胎次及泌乳天数相近的中国荷斯坦奶牛9头,采取自身对照,试验前饲喂基础日粮,试验期间饲喂基础日粮加膨化亚麻籽3%,连续饲喂15 d,记录产奶量,并分别于试验前后测定乳成分及乳脂肪酸组成。结果表明,与试验前相比,日粮中添加膨化亚麻籽对产奶量以及乳蛋白、乳脂、乳糖、SNF含量影响差异不显著(P>0.05),但显著提高了乳汁中MUFA、PUFA和n-3 PUFA的含量(P<0.05)。 This assay aimed to investigate the effects of extruded flaxseed on milk quality and milk fatty acids of dairy cows, so as to provide basis for application of extruded flaxseed in the diet of dairy cows. Nine Holstein dairy cows with similar parity and lactation days were selected, fed with basic diet before the trial. During the experiment which lasts for 15 d, the cows were fed with basic diet plus 3% extruded flaxseed. Milk yield were kept record, and that the quality and fatty acids composition of milk were analyzed at the beginning and end of the experiment. The results showed which compared with the pretest, no significant differences were detected in the milk yield and the content of milk protein, milk fat, lactose, SNF (P〉0.05), however, the content of MUFA, PUFA and n-3 PUFA in the milk were significantly increased (P〈0.05).
