摘要
葡萄糖氧化酶具有抑菌、促生长作用,且无毒、无抗药性,是一种可替代抗生素的新型添加剂,具有广阔的应用前景。文章从葡萄糖氧化酶的催化反应机理、在动物生产中的应用以及对饲料中黄曲霉毒素的作用作以综述。
Glucose oxidase have the effect of bacteriostasis, growth-promoting, non-toxic side effect, low-resi due and without resistance, is a new feed additive which can instead of antibiotics in feed, has broad application prospects. This paper reviewed the catalytic reaction mechanism, application in animal production and the effect to aflatox- in in feed of glucose oxidase.
