乳酸菌类微生态制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清免疫指标和粪便微生物的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本试验旨在研究乳酸菌类微生态制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清免疫指标和粪便微生物的影响。选择80头平均体重为(8.93±0.68)kg的杜×长X大杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为2组.每组4个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮中添加200mg/kg乳酸菌类微生态制剂的试验日粮。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,试验组的平均日采食量和平均日增重、血清总蛋白、球蛋白、IgA和IgM含量显著提高(P〈0.05),血清白蛋白和IgG含量无显著变化(P〉0.05);2)与对照组相比,试验35天,试验组的粪便乳酸菌数量显著提高(P〈0.05),粪便大肠杆菌数量显著降低(P〈0.05)。由此可知,在饲粮中添加乳酸菌类微生态制剂可以提高断奶仔猪的生长性能和免疫力,改善肠道健康。 This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of Lactobacillus microecolog- ies on growth performance, serum immune indices and faecal microflora of weaned piglets. A total of eighty Duroc × Landrace× York shire crossbred weaned piglets with an average body weight of (8.93±0.68) kg were selected and randomly divided into2 groups with 4 replicates per group and 10 piglets per replicate. The pigs in control group were fed a basal diet, while the pigs in experi- mental group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 200 mg/kg Lactobacillus microecologics. The results showed as follows: 1 ) compared with control group, the average daily feed intake (ADFI), average daily gain (ADG), the contents of total protein, globulin, IgA and IgM in seru- min experimental group were significantly increased ( P 〈 0.5 ), there were no significant differ- ence on contents of albuminand IgG inserum (P 〉0.05) ; 2) compared with control group,on day 35, the number of faecal Lactobacillus in experimental group was significantly increased ( P 〈0.5), while the number of faecal Eschericbia coli was significantly decreased ( P 〈0.5).It is concluded that Lactobacillus microecologics supplementation can promote growth performance and body immunity and improve intestinal health of weaned piglets.
