通过对参加新疆（1市、1区,即乌鲁木齐市和喀什地区）校园足球布点的小学的教练员进行问卷调查,对新疆布点小学校园足球教练员现状与师资队伍建设现状进行分析,旨在为新疆校园足球提供理论参考,从而更好地推动新疆校园足球的有序、健康发展。

Based on （1, 1 in Xinjiang city district; Urumqi city and Kashi area） questionnaire survey and the analysis of the present situation and construction of teachers of Xinjiang primary school campus football coaches, the paper aims to provide theory references for the campus football in Xinjiang, so as to better promote the orderly and healthy development of Xinjiang campus football.
