摘要
目的:对采用结香剂涂抹法和输液法结香1年的沉香进行质量评价。方法:采用乙醚超声法提取两批结香剂涂抹法和一批输液法所产沉香的挥发油,并应用GC-MS法分析其化学成分及相对含量。结果:共鉴定了42个化合物,3批样品均以色酮和倍半萜类为主要成分,品质较好。结论:沉香中化合物类型受树种的影响较大,与结香方法关系不明显。白木香植物经人工结香一年后所产的沉香中色酮类成分的相对百分含量大于倍半萜类成分的相对百分含量。
Objective:To evaluate the quality of agarwwod which producing by method of daubing and infusing agarwood-inducing solvent of one year.Methods:The volatile constituents of two agarwoods producing by method of daubing agarwood-inducing solvent and a agarwood producing by method of infusing agarwood-inducing solvent were ultrasonic extracted with ether,and the chemical constituents and relative contents of the ether extract were analyzed by GC-MS.Results:Forty-two compounds were identified and the primary constituents of them were chromone and sesquiterpene.The quality of the three agarwoods were good.Conclusion:The types of compounds from agarwood were mainly related to the species of their source plants,but it seems to have nothing to do with agarwood-inducing method.The relative contents of chromones was higher than the relative contents of sesquiterpenes of artificial agarwoods of one year from Aquilaria sinensis.
