摘要
为了更加有效地利用城市的风能和太阳能资源,提出了一种风光互补照明/充电微网系统的设计方案。以城市中常见的路灯基桩为载体,安装风光互补发电设备,在几乎不增加占地面积的情况下,组建小型风光互补电站,同时设置充电装置,借助于电动自行车这种移动的"储能"设备,实现电能的即发即用,来降低系统的储能成本。并且建立系统的成本/收益模型,结合实例对其进行了可行性分析。结果表明,该系统运营成本较低,且有良好的环保和经济效益,是一种利用城市风能和光伏资源的有效途径,有较好的应用和推广价值。
In order to make best of the city' s wind and solar energy resources, this paper puts forward a new design scheme for the urban hybrid wind/PV power lighting/charging microgrid system. The city common lampposts acting as a carrier, the wind-light complementary equipment is installed. With almost no increase in the floor area, a small hybrid wind/PV power station is constructed, and at the same time, the charging devices are set up. By means of movement "storage" device, the electric bicycles, the energy can be produced and consumed almost at the same time. And hence the cost of energy storage system is remarkably reduced. A model for the system of cost / benefit is created, and the feasibility analysis is carried out with an example. Results show that the system operation cost is low, and has good environmental and economic benefits. It is an effective way to utilize urban wind energy and photovoltaic resources, and it is worth to be applied and generalized.
