对历代医家以"心阳虚、心脉痹"衍释张仲景在《金匮要略》中提出的胸痹"阳微阴弦"病机理论提出商榷,并以《金匮要略》原条文为依据,从胸痹"阳微阴弦"的脉学意义、病机理论和治疗学意义进行探讨,提出胸痹病机"阳微非必然,阴弦是主因"的观点,以"痰、瘀"立论,主张着眼"痹"字,以"邪实痹阻心脉,不通则痛"为胸痹基本病机。

The article proposes the discussion ＂ Yang weakly and Yin string＂ pathogenesis theory of Thoracic Obstruction in Synopsis of Golden Chamber, On the Basis of ＂Yang weakly and Yin string＂ sphygmology, pathogenesis and therapeutics three sides. The article makes a point that the pathogenesis of Thoracic Obstruction is that ＂Yang weakly is not necessarily and Yin string is the important reason＂, establishing the argument about ＂phlegm and blood stasis＂, advocates the focus as ＂obstruction＂, propose that the basic pathogenesis of Thoracic Obstruction is that excessive pathogen obstruct the heart and obstruction produce pain.
