自古黑苔主热盛、主寒极已成共识,且每每见之即为危证。故其临床治疗甚为棘手,其辨治则需加以重视。然而黑苔虽多属病情危重现象,笔者经过多渠道临床观察,黑苔的成因是较为复杂多样的。同时结合临床症状和体征,若见到黑苔并无其他严重症状和体征,即可以视为并非严重,故应正确辨证于黑苔,灵活对待和估计病情。
