摘要
衰老的加速及衰老相关疾病的患病率、发病率和病死率均呈快速增长,给人类带来前所未有的挑战。故从历代中医典籍对衰老及衰老相关疾病的认识,探源阴阳的本体结构,提出"内阳外阴"的阴阳体用本体结构。认为"阳虚阴实"是衰老及老年病的病因病机的本质;探讨温阳化浊法在高血压病、脑血管意外、痴呆病、癌症等是最具代表性的衰老相关性疾病及养生中的现实意义,旨在为养生抗衰老及对老年病的论治提供新的理论依据和研究新思路,为其中医治疗和合理用药提出新途径和新方法。
The prevalence, the morbidity and mortality of aging and Age-related diseases is rapidly growing. It brings more unprecedented challenges. The paper will retrace ontology structure of Yin and Yang from all previous dynasties ancient books in TCM. Offering a structure of yang within and yin without; Proposing the nature of ＂ Yang deficiency and Yin excess＂ in the etiology and pathogenesis of aging and Age-related diseases ; Exploring the realistic significance of health regime and anti-aging related diseases, such as hypertension, cerebrovascular accident, dementia and cancer. The paper provides new the theoretical basis and idea, also provides new treatment thought and methed for the rational use of drugs and research of the TCM treatment of age-related diseases.
