3D打印技术辅助治疗高能量Pilon骨折的临床研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术辅助治疗高能量Pilon骨折的临床效果。方法 62例高能量Pilon骨折患者,根据治疗方案不同分为研究组(n=31)与对照组(n=31)。对照组通过常规方法进行切开复位内固定,研究组通过3D打印技术打印出实物模型后实施手术。术后对两组患者随访1年。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、手术情况及手术前后踝关节功能活动度评分。结果研究组总有效率为90.32%,对照组为64.52%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前两组踝关节功能活动度评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率(6.46%)低于对照组(38.73%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3D打印技术辅助治疗高能量Pilon骨折疗效确切,可有效改善患者踝关节功能,减少手术用时及出血量等,对术后功能恢复具有重要意义,且不良反应发生率较低,具有安全性,值得推广。 ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of 3D printing technology in treatment of high-energy Pilon fractures. MethodsA total of 62 patients with high-energy Pilon fractures were divided into control group (31 cases) and research group (31 cases) according to the treatment plan. The control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation by routine method, the research group were treated with surgical therapy according the physical model printed by 3D printing technology. The two groups of patients were followed up for 1 years. The clinical effect, adverse reaction rate, operation condition and preoperative and postoperative ankle function scores were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of the research group was 90.32%, significantly higher than 64.52% of the control group (P〈0.05); The operation indexes of the research group were better than those of the control group (P〈0.05); Before treatment, the ankle function scores of the two groups had no obvious difference (P〈0.05); After treatment, the ankle function scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05); The incidence rate of research group was 6.46%, significantly lower than 38.73% of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion3D printing technology in the treatment of high-energy Pilon fractures has curative effect, can improve the ankle joint function,and reduce operation time, amount of bleeding and adverse effects rate. It has significance on postoperative functional recovery and security, worth promoting.
