摘要
针对当前供应链模型研究中未考虑产品回收,不利于短寿命周期商品供应链供应成本控制的问题,提出一种考虑回收成本收益的高斯和声搜索(GHS)循环供应链模型构建与优化算法。首先,对供应链分5个阶段进行描述,并考虑产品回收过程进行模型构建,同时利用保存成本、短缺成本和转移成本建立供应链模型的成本最低目标;其次,引入和声搜索算法进行模型优化,同时为提高和声搜索的有效性,利用高斯遍历控制参数对和声搜索步长进行自适应搜索,提高算法的自适应能力;最后,通过标准测试函数对GHS的参数敏感性进行分析,并进行了模型算例研究,实验结果表明,所提算法可获得更低的供应链运输成本。
According to the problem of the current supply chain model without consideration of the product recovery, which is not conducive to the supply chain cost control of the short life cycle commodity supplies, the construction and optimization of cycle supply chain model considering recycling cost benefit by GHS algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the supply chain is divided into five stages to describe, and the product recycling process is considered to build the model, then the preservation costs, shortage and transfer costs are used to establish the lowest cost of the supply chain model; Secondly, the harmony search algorithm is introduced to optimize the model. At the same time, in order to improve the effectiveness of the harmony search, Gaussian ergodic is used to control parameters to realize the adaptive search of the harmony search step size, to improve the adaptability of the algorithm. Finally, the parameters of GHS are analyzed by the standard test function, and the model is studied. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can obtain lower supply chain transportation cost.
