摘要
在科学定律中,概率式定律,尤其是概率式因果定律为自然定律研究提出了一个新课题:概率式因果定律是何以可能的?这个康德式问题成为自然定律学说迫切需要回答的问题。通过分析三种自然定律观——休谟主义、律则主义和形而上学必然主义对这个问题提供的回答,得出的结论是,基于倾向性属性观的形而上学必然主义的回答是最佳的。
Probabilistic causal laws discovered in scientific practice posed a hard question for the study of laws of nature in metaphysics. This is a Kantian question how probabilistic causal laws worked？ By analyzing three versions of laws of nature Humenism, Nomologicalism and metaphysicsism, it concluded that potential metaohvsics was the best.
