摘要
用水蒸气蒸馏法提取红花挥发油,采用傅立叶变换红外光谱法与气相色谱-质谱法对红花挥发油进行分析,用峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。红花对照药材挥发油和3批次红花挥发油的红外光谱图中,有18个共有峰;气相色谱-质谱分离出26个化合物,鉴定了20种化学成分,主要含有醛酮类、烷烃类、醇和烯萜类等,其中的7种特征成分共约占挥发油总成分的78.83%~80.09%,其中棕榈酸(palmitic acid)占16.29%~16.40%。红花挥发油的化学成分复杂,红外光谱法能准确地鉴别红花,气相色谱-质谱能以特征成分为指标精确地控制红花的质量。
Volatile oil of Cartharnus tinctorius L. was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and the relative content of each component was calculated by the normalization method of peak area. The FTIR spectra of three batches volatile oil of Cartharnus tinctorius L. and reference materials exhibited macroscopic fingerprint charac- ters,with 18 related characteristic peaks;26 kinds of chemical compounds were separated and 20 kinds of chemi- cal components were identified by GC-MS,mainly containing aldehyde ketones,alkenes,alcohols and iridoids. 7 kinds of characteristic components accounted for about 78.83%~80.09% of the total volatile oil,in which pal- mitic acid reached about 16.29%-16. 40%. Volatile oil of Cartharnus tinctorius L. had complex constituents, and Carthamus tinctoyius L. could be accurately identified by FTIR and its quality could be controlled by GC- MS through characteristic constituents as an index.
