摘要
针对有机硅流化床硅粉与U型管的磨损问题,通过冲蚀磨损理论,应用ANALYSIS中的CFD软件,分析硅粉颗粒直径、U型管高度、进气速度和U型管磨损的相对关系,得到一组合理的设计参数。为有机硅流化床的设计提供了理论依据,更好的匹配了设计参数,便于使有机硅流化床在行业中得到推广和应用。
For the abrasion problem between silicon powder and U-pipe of organic silicon fluidized bed , based on the theory of erosion abrasion and the application of CFD ANALYSIS software, the article analyzes the relative relationship between the silicon powder particle diameter, height of U-pipe, air inlet velocity and U-pipe abrasion, in order to get a set of reasonable design parameters. This paper provides the theory for organic silicon fluidized bed design. It better matches the design parameters, and will make organic silicon fluidized bed get promotion and application in the industry.
