A New Type of Water Cut Cooling Device for Bar Production Line

穿水冷却装置是用于现代化棒材生产线上的必不可少的设备,其作用在于对棒材进行快速冷却,从而弥补了因提高轧机产量而造成冷床冷却能力不足的缺陷。随着产能要求不断增加,传统冷却工艺和设备在冷却能力、切分冷却方式、轧材机械性能等方面无法有效达到该工艺应达到的功效。本文从工程实际出发,介绍了一种新型的棒材可切分式穿水冷却装置的具体设备组成,有效地解决了上述问题。

Water cooling device is used for the modernization of the essential equipment in bar production line, its role is for rapid cooling of the bar, which make up the defects of cooling cooling capacity caused by increasing the output of the mill. With the increasing requirements of production capacity, the traditional cooling technology and equipment can not achieve the effect of the cooling process, the cooling mode, the mechanical properties of the roiled material and so on. In this paper, a new type of equipment for cutting the rod through the water cooling device is introduced, which can effectively solve the above problems.
