摘要
设计内燃轨道车采用DC24V作为控制电源,全车直流电采用单一DC24V,主要介绍此种内燃轨道车电气系统的组成和控制原理。内燃轨道车电气系统由交流供电电路、DC24V供电电路、微机控制电路、柴油机控制电路、变扭器控制电路、干燥器及风笛控制电路、冷却风扇控制电路、速度显示及火灾报警电路以及照明电路和刮雨器电路等组成。该电气系统满足了整车的运行要求,工作可靠、高效、经济。
The diesel railcar uses DC24V for control power supply; DC24V is only DC power supply. This article mainly introduces the diesel railcar electrical system construction and control principle. The diesel railcar electrical system is composed of AC power supply circuit, PLC, diesel engine control circuit, torque converter control circuit, dyer and air whistle control circuit, coolant system control circuit, speed display and fire alarm system circuit, lighting and rain wiper circuit etc. The electrical system meet to requirements of running,dependable performance, highly active and economically.
