摘要
VC晶粒长大抑制剂能有效抑制烧结过程中WC晶粒长大,从而获得高强度高硬度的超细硬质合金。采用传统粉末冶金制备了掺杂VC的WC-12%Co硬质合金材料,并研究不同VC含量(0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%)时对WC-12%Co硬质合金材料的性能的影响。通过密度测量、硬度测定、微观结构分析研究发现,添加0.5%VC时硬质合金材料的致密性最好,硬度最大,微观结构紧凑,材料内部缺陷少。
VC grain inhibitor can obtainultra-fine cemented carbides kind of doping VC of WC-12%Co on the effect of different content effectively restrain the grain growth of WC during the sintering process to with high strength and high hardness.The paper studied on the preparation of a cemented carbide by traditional powder metallurgy. And then the paper focused (0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%) of the VC to the properties of WC-12%Co cemented carbide. The density and hardness of the samples were measured to examine the properties. The scanning electron microscopy was used to examine the morphology and microstructure of the samples. The results show when the content of VC is 0.5%, the cemented carbide material has the biggest density and hardness, meanwhile the best comprehensive performance.
