摘要
加工后零件表面存在许多高低不平,具有较小间距的峰谷,它们的微观几何特性称为表面粗糙度。对机械零件的耐磨性、抗腐蚀性、疲劳强度和零件配合的可靠性都有很大的影响,减小表面粗糙度值是提高零件表面加工质量的重要指标。如何减小零件表面粗糙度是机械车削过程中非常重要的加工技术。
There are many rugged, processed parts surface with smaller spacing of peak valley, their micro geometric features is called the surface roughness. For mechanical parts wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue strength and the reliability of the parts with has great influence, reduce the surface roughness value is an important index to improve the surface quality of the parts. How to reduce the workpiece surface roughness is very important in the process of mechanical cutting processing technology.
