摘要
工业4.0背景下,大数据、物联网和智能制造为传统质量管理带来了新的挑战和契机。针对产品、设计-生产、制造服务间关联关系存在的问题,充分吸收前人的研究成果,提出物联网-大数据驱动的产品与设计-生产质量管理联动模式,构建多源异构数据驱动的制造服务质量管理模式,进而设计了工业4.0背景下的质量管理集成平台架构,以期为新时代背景下的质量管理理论和实践提供理论依据。
New challenges and opportunities for traditional quality management are proposed by big data, internet of things and intelligent manufacturing in industry 4.0. For the existed problems of relationships among products, design-production and manufacturing service, this paper develops the integrated mode of quality management of products and design-production based on internet of things and big data driven. Then, multi-source heterogeneous data-driven mode of quality management of manufacturing service is designed. This paper furthers to propose the structure of integrated platform of quality management in industry 4.0. Thus, it intends to provide the theoretical and practical insights on the development of quality management in the new era.
