应用Pentacam系统测量晶状体密度在不同类型年龄相关性白内障诊断中的价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨应用Pentacam系统测量晶状体密度在不同类型年龄相关性白内障诊断中的价值,旨在提高白内障临床诊断的有效性。方法选取我院2010年9月至2015年4月收治的不同类型年龄相关性白内障患者176例,采用LOCSⅢ分级法对患者的白内障类型进行分级,并利用Pentacam系统对晶状体的密度进行测量。分析晶状体密度值、LOCSⅢ评分和Log MAR视力之间的关系。结果 NO、NC以及C分级与患者晶状体的密度表现出正相关,且晶状体的密度值与Log MAR视力之间的相关系数r=0.868。结论 Pentacam系统对晶状体的密度与NO、NC和C分级的测量具有较好的一致性;晶状体的密度可用于不同年龄相关性白内障的临床诊断。 Objective To explore the value of applying pentacam system to measure lens density in the diagnosis of different types of age-related cataract, in order to improve the effectiveness of clinical diagnosis of cataract. Methods 176 cases of patients with different types of age-related cataract admitted to our hospital fi'om September 2010 to April 2015 were selected. LOCS II1 classification method was used to classify patients' types of cataract, and Pentacam system was used to measure lens density. The relationship among the lens density, LOCS Ⅲ scores and LogMAR sight was also analyzed. Results The lens density of patients had positive correlation with the classifications of NO, NC and C. Besides, the correlation coefficient (r) between the lens density and LogMAR sight was 0.868. Conclusions Pentacam system has a preferable consistency towards lens density and the measure of NO, NC and C. Lens density can be used for clinical diagnosis of different types of age-related cataract.
