X线在急性踝关节损伤中的诊断及其应用价值分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨X线在急性踝关节损伤中的诊断及应用价值。方法选取我院2015年7月至2016年8月收治的高度怀疑急性踝关节损伤患者80例,平均分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用渥太华踝关节准则进行诊断治疗,观察组采用X线检查进行诊断治疗。比较两组患者的诊断准确率以及治疗前后的生活质量。结果观察组的诊断准确率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的67.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的生活质量评分为(63.19±6.49)分,显著高于治疗前的(31.89±7.65)分(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组患者的生活质量评分为(42.99±7.59)分,显著高于治疗前的(32.06±7.52)分(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 X线检查能准确诊断急性踝关节损伤以及判断疾病类型和受伤程度,具有显著的应用价值。 Objective To explore the application value of X-ray in the diagnosis of acute injury of ankle joint. Methods 80 cases of patients who were highly suspected as acute injury of ankle in our hospital from July 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group equally. The control group was diagnosed and treated with Ottawa rule of ankle joint, while the observation group was diagnosed and treated with X-ray. The diagnostic accuracy and quality of life before and after the treatment were compared between two groups. Results The diagnostic accuracy of observation group was 97.50%, significantly higher than 67.50% of control group (P 〈0.05). After treatment, the quality of life score of observation group was 63.19 ± 6.49, significantly higher than 31.89 ± 7.65 before treatment (P〈0.05). After treatment, the quality of life score of control group was 42.99 ± 7.59, significantly higher than 32.06 ± 7.52 before treatment (P 〈0.05). After treatment, the quality of life score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions X-ray examination can accurately diagnose acute injury of ankle joint and judge the type and degree of injury, which has significant application value.
