脉冲振荡肺功能在儿童支气管哮喘中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究脉冲振荡肺功能在儿童支气管哮喘中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2016年8月收治的100例支气管哮喘病患儿,分为A组(急性发作期,60例)和B组(临床缓解期,40例),同时选取同时期的40名健康儿童作为C组。采用脉冲震荡肺功能仪测定三组儿童的肺功能情况。结果 A组的R5、R20、R5~R20、Zrs、Fres、X5指标与B组、C组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组的R5、Zrs、Fres指标与C组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但R20、X5、R5~R20与C组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脉冲震荡是一种无创、实用、操作简单的技术,用于支气管哮喘病情监测中,可为医师提供哮喘发作、缓解的各项客观指标,为疾病的诊断、监测提供科学依据,具有重要的应用价值。 Objective To study the application effect of impulse oscillometry pulmonary function in children with bronchial asthma. Methods 100 cases of children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to August 2016 were selected and divided into group A (acute attack period, 60 cases) and group B (clinical remission period, 40 cases). Another 40 healthy children in the same period were selected as group C. The pulmonary function of three groups were measured by impulse oscillometry pulmonary function instrument. Results The R5, R20, R5 - R20, Zrs, Fres and X5 in group A had statistical differences with those in group B and group C (P〈0.05). The R5, Zrs and Fres in group B had statistical differences with those in group C (P〈0.05), but no statistical difference was found in the R20, X5, and R5 - R20 between group B and group C (P 〉0.05). Conclusions The impulse oscillometry is a non-invasive, practical, simple technology for monitoring in bronchial asthma, so as to provide physicians with objective indicators of asthma attacks and remission, and provide scientific basis for the diagnosis and monitoring of disease, with important application value.
