专家型髓内钉与锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨中下段骨折的疗效对比

Comparison of Curative Effect between Expert Intramedullary Nail and Locking Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Middle and Distal Tibial Fractures

目的分析与对比专家型髓内钉与锁定钢板内固定对胫骨中下段骨折的治疗效果。方法选取我院2013年3月至2016年3月收治的胫骨中下段骨折患者102例,随机分为实验组和对照组各51例。对照组使用锁定钢板内固定术治疗,实验组采用专家型髓内钉治疗。比较两组患者的平均手术时间、术中出血量和术后骨折愈合时间。结果实验组的平均手术时间、术中出血量以及术后骨折愈合时间均少于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胫骨中下段骨折患者的内固定手术治疗中,采用专家型髓内钉的治疗效果明显优于锁定钢板内固定,且能够有效缩短患者的手术时间和术后骨折愈合时间,减少术中出血量,更有利于患者早期康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze and compare the curative effect between expert intramedullary nail and locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of middle and distal tibial fractures. Methods 102 cases of patients with middle and distal tibial fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with locking plate internal fixation, while the experimental group was treated with expert intramedullary nail. The average operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative fracture healing time were compared between two groups. Results The average operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative fracture healing time of experimental group were all less than those of control group, with statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions In the surgical treatment of middle and distal tibial fractures with internal fixation, the effect of expert intramedullary nail is significantly better than that of locking plate internal fixation. The expert intramedullary nail can effectively reduce patients＇ operation time, postoperative fracture healing time and intraoperative blood loss, and is better for early rehabilitation of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
