前牙牙体修复中使用玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩的效果对比

Comparison on the Effect between Glass Fiber Post and Cast Metal Post in the Anterior Teeth Restoration

目的比较玻璃纤维桩和铸造金属桩在前牙牙体修复中的应用效果。方法选取2014年2月至2015年9月我院收治的行前牙牙体修复手术的患者122例,随机分为研究组和对照组各61例。对照组使用铸造金属桩修复,研究组使用玻璃纤维桩修复。手术后随访1年,比较两组患者术后3个月、6个月、1年的修复体完整情况、颜色情况、牙周碱性磷酸酶水平及并发症情况。结果术后3个月、6个月、1年,研究组的修复体完整率、颜色匹配率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的牙周碱性磷酸酶水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩应用于前牙牙体修复效果显著,美观性好,并发症少,值得临床推广。

Objective To compare the application effect between glass fiber post and cast metal post in the anterior teeth restoration. Methods 122 cases of patients with anterior teeth restoration admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 61 cases in each group. The control group was repaired with cast metal post, while the study group was repaired with glass fiber post. After one-year follow-up, the integrity and color of restorations, periodontal alkaline phosphatase level and complications in 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after operation were compared between two groups. Results 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after operation, the integrity rate and color matching rate of study group were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）. The periodontal alkaline phosphatase level of study group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of study group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Glass fiber post in the restoration of anterior teeth has significant effect, good appearance and few complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
