氧氟沙星滴耳液对改善急性化脓性中耳炎患者听力程度的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨氧氟沙星滴耳液对改善急性化脓性中耳炎患者听力程度的影响。方法选取我院2010年1月至2016年1月收治的160例急性化脓性中耳炎患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各80例。实验组给予0.3%氧氟沙星滴耳液,对照组给予1%氯霉素滴耳液,其余治疗均相同。治疗2周后,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、病原菌清除率、平均气导听阈改善程度、平均ABG改善程度和不良反应发生率。结果实验组的总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的87.50%(P<0.05)。实验组的病原菌清除率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的78.75%(P<0.05)。实验组的平均气导听阈改善程度和平均ABG改善程度分别为(8.1±2.9)d B和(7.6±8.5)d B,均显著优于对照组的(5.1±3.5)d B和(4.3±9.7)d B(P<0.05)。实验组的不良反应发生率为6.25%,显著低于对照组的23.75%(P<0.05)。结论氧氟沙星滴耳液能够显著改善急性化脓性中耳炎患者的听力程度,不良反应发生率低。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of ofloxacin ear drops on improving hearing level of patients with acute suppurative otitis media. Methods 160 cases of patients with acute suppurative otitis media admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. The experimental group received 0.3% ofloxacin ear drops, while the control group received 1% chloramphenicol ear drops. After 2-week treatment, the clinical treatment effect, clearance rate of pathogens, average improvement of air-conduction hearing threshold, and ABG and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 97.50%, significantly higher than 87.50% of control group (P〈0.05). The clearance rate of pathogens of experimental group was 95.00%, significantly higher than 78.75% of control group (P〈0.05). The average improvement of air-conduction hearing threshold and ABG were respectively (8.1 ± 2.9) dB and (7.6 ± 8.5) dB, significantly better than (5.1 ± 3.5) dB and (4.3 ± 9.7) dB of control group (P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of experimental group was 6.25%, significantly lower than 23.75% of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Ofloxacin ear drops can significantly improve the hearing level of patients with acute suppurative otitis media, with lower incidence of adverse reactions.
