盆底康复疗法治疗绝经过渡期压力性尿失禁的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Treatment in Menopausal Transitional Stress Urinary Incontinence

目的探讨盆底康复疗法治疗绝经过渡期压力性尿失禁患者的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的100例绝经过渡期压力性尿失禁患者,分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组给予盆底电刺激生物反馈联合Kegel盆底肌锻炼治疗,对照组给予常规行为干预联合Kegel盆底肌锻炼治疗。观察并对比两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后患者的盆底肌张力强度、1小时尿垫试验结果。结果治疗后,观察组的盆底肌张力强度和1小时尿垫试验结果均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后和治疗后3个月的总有效率分别为96%、92%,明显高于对照组的64%、66%(P<0.05)。结论盆底电刺激康复治疗绝经过渡期压力性尿失禁患者,可改善盆底肌张力,增加尿道括约肌收缩力量,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment in menopausal transitional stress urinary incontinence. Methods 100 cases of patients with menopausal transitional stress urinary incontinence admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given pelvic floor electrical stimulation-biofeedback combined with Kegel pelvic floor muscle exercise, while the control group was given conventional behavioral intervention combined with Kegel pelvic floor muscle exercise. The clinical curative effect, and tensile strength of pelvic floor muscle and results of one-hour urine pad test before and after treatment were observed and compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the tensile strength ofpelvic floor muscle and results of one-hour urine pad test of observation group were better than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The total effective rates after treatment and 3 months after treatment of observation group were respectively 96% and 92%, significantly higher than 64% and 66% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Electrical stimulation pelvic floor rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with menopausal transitional stress urinary incontinence can improve the tension of pelvic floor muscle, improve the urethral sphincter contraction force and clinical treatment effect.
