早期护理干预对阴道分娩产妇产后尿潴留的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Early Nursing Intervention on Urinary Retention in Puerperas after Vaginal Delivery

目的观察早期护理干预对自然阴道分娩产妇产后尿潴留的效果。方法将我院收治的80例自然分娩产妇分为常规组与干预组各40例。常规组采取一般围生期基础护理,干预组在此基础上采取早期护理干预。比较两组产妇的尿潴留发生率、临床护理质量评分及满意度。结果干预组的尿潴留发生率显著低于常规组(P<0.05);干预组的临床护理质量的各项指标评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组的满意度为95.0%,显著高于常规组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论对自然阴道分娩产妇采取早期护理干预措施,能够降低产妇的尿潴留发生率,提高临床护理质量评分和满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of early nursing intervention on urinary retention in puerperas after natural vaginal delivery. Methods 80 cases of puerperas with natural vaginal delivery in our hospital were divided into conventional group and intervention group, with 40 cases in each group. The conventional group received general perinatal nursing, while the intervention group received early nursing intervention on this basis. The incidence of urinary retention, clinical nursing quality scores and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of urinary retention of intervention group was significantly lower than that of conventional group （P〈0.05）. The scores of clinical nursing quality indicators of intervention group were significantly higher than those of conventional group （P 〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree of intervention group was 95.0%, significantly higher than 70.0% of conventional group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Early nursing intervention on puerperas with natural vaginal delivery can reduce the incidence of urinary retention, improve clinical nursing quality scores and satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
