预见性护理模式在经尿道前列腺电切手术患者中的应用

Application of Predictive Nursing Mode in Patients with Transurethral Resection of Prostate

目的探讨预见性护理模式在经尿道前列腺电切手术患者中的应用。方法选取我院2014年5月至2015年12月期间收治的经尿道前列腺电切手术患者160例,随机分为预见组和常规组各80例。常规组给予常规护理干预,预见组在此基础上采用预见性护理模式。分析比较两组患者的并发症、护理满意度情况。结果预见组的并发症发生率明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);预见组的护理满意度明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理模式干预可有效降低经尿道前列腺电切手术患者的并发症发生率,有利于提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of predictive nursing mode in patients with transurethral resection of prostate. Methods 160 cases of patients with transurethral resection of prostate admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into predictive group and routine group, with 80 cases in each group. The routine group received routine nursing intervention, while the predictive group received predictive nursing mode on this basis. The complications and nursing satisfaction degree of patients were analyzed and compared between two groups. Results The incidence of complications of predictive group was significantly lower than that of routine group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction degree of predictive group was significantly higher than that of routine group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Predictive nursing mode intervention can effectively reduce incidence of complications of patients with transurethral resection of prostate and improve patients＇ nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
