摘要
用仪器设备来客观、定量评价帕金森病的病情严重程度一直是神经科学的研究热点。相干光学断层扫描是一种新的光学诊断技术,具有非侵入性,非接触性的特点,高分辨率无损伤和在体检测上对活体组织无辐射,能观察帕金森病视盘和视网膜神经纤维层的改变,为客观评价帕金森病的病情严重程度提供一种新的思路。
Quantitative and objective evaluation of the severity of Parkinson disease(PD)with new tools has been a focus of neuroscience research. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a new optical imaging technique characterized by non-invasiveness, non-contact, high resolution, no radiation and no damage to living tissues. OCT can be used to detect changes of the optic disc and the retinal nerve fiber layer in PD. OCT provides a new approach to objective assessment of the severity of PD.
