外商直接投资对中国环境的影响——基于湖南省数据的实证分析

On Influence of Foreign Direct Investment on China 's Environment—an Empirical Analysis Based on the Data of Hunan Province

随着中国经济全球化程度的不断扩大,FDI纷纷涌入中国,一方面,FDI促进了我国经济的迅猛发展;另一方面,也不可避免加剧了对资源的消耗,对环境带来了负面的影响。FDI利用与环境的问题日趋被人们重视,环境保护与经济发展的矛盾是否可协调成为研究的焦点。本文主要针对湖南省利用FDI对环境的影响进行分析,首先阐述了外商直接投资对环境影响的部分理论,然后介绍了湖南省FDI的利用现状和环境质量现状,接着用实证数据分析了湖南省环境受影响的原因,揭示了FDI利用中存在的问题,最后提出了几点对策建议。

As China＇s economic globalization continues to expand, FDI pours into China in succession. On the one hand, FDI contributes to the rapid development of China＇s economy; on the other hand, it inevitably exacerbates the consumption of resources, and has a negative influence on the environment. FDI utilization and environmental problems are getting more attention. Whether environmental protection and economic development can be coordinated has become a research focus. This paper mainly analyzes the influence of FDI on the environment in Hunan Province. Firstly, this paper expounds parts of the theory of the influence of foreign direct investment on environment, then introduces the status quo of FDI and environmental quality in Hunan Province and then analyses the causes affecting environment in Hunan Province by empirical data, and reveals the problems existing in the utilization of FDI, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
