摘要
目的:分析医院药师职业倦怠现状及其与人口统计学因素的关系。方法:采用修订版马氏量表(MBI-HSS)及一般情况调查表对732名医院药师进行调查,运用SPSS19.0对调查结果进行描述性分析、t检验和方差分析。结果:在情绪耗竭和去人性化两个维度上被试者处于中等倦怠水平,个人成就感维度处于高度倦怠水平。30岁以下组去人性化和低成就感程度高,大专组职业倦怠程度相较于其他学历更高,初级职称成就感最低,月收入低于4 000元组情绪耗竭程度最高,在门诊工作人员情绪耗竭和去人性化程度最高。结论:医院药师群体存在较高的职业倦怠,同时受从业时间、教育程度、职称、月收入等因素影响。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the situation of hospital pharmacist burnout and relationship with demographic factors.METHODS The research detailed herein was a descriptive,analytical study conducted among 732 pharmacists working in hospitals.The data were collected using the Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey(MBIHSS)and included demographic information.The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics,t test and ANOVA with SPSS 19.0software.RESULTSMost people had experienced moderate levels of 2 domains of burnout,but high levels of a diminished sense of accomplishment.Age younger than 30,junior college diploma and salary below4 000$ were in high levels of different aspects of 3 domains of burnout.CONCLUSION There is a higher burnout rate in the hospital pharmacist group,which is statistically and significantly associated with length of job,education level,professional title and monthly income.
