儿童辅助治疗药物磷酸肌酸钠专项点评前后合理性比较

Special evaluation of adjuvant drug creatine phosphate sodium in children

目的:了解儿童使用辅助治疗药物磷酸肌酸钠的情况,建立专项点评标准,促进其合理使用,为其他辅助治疗药物的点评干预提供参考。方法:汇总某院2015年3月-2015年8月全部使用该药的儿童患者病历,抽取180份,建立评价依据,进行专项点评,针对性干预;以同样方法抽取2015年10月-2016年3月180份病历,与点评干预前的合理性进行比较。结果:点评干预前儿童使用磷酸肌酸钠病历合理率为33.9%;点评干预后合理率提高至82.2%,且该药的总消耗金额减少27.44%。结论:临床药师应加强此类药物用药点评与干预等措施,促进其合理使用,降低药费负担。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of creatine phosphate sodium in pediatrics,promote the rational use and provide a reference for assessment of other aduvant drugs.METHODS All the medical records of pediatric patients receiving creatine phosphate sodium were collected and summarized from March,2015 to August,2015.According to the criteria we established,180 copies of sampled records were analyzed and the targeted intervention was implemented.Another 180 records were sampled during the same period and the rational rate of creatine phosphate sodium in pediatrics was compared before and after targeted intervention.RESULTS After the targeted intervention,the rational rate of creatine phosphate sodium in pediatrics increased from33.9% to 82.2%,and the total expense declined by 27.44%.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists should reinforce the evaluation and intervention of such medication,promote rational use and reduce the medication cost.
