The combination of fault tolerance mechanism and error correction mechanism will be helpful to avoid the emergence of significant losses. It is a systematic project to establish and perfect the fault toler- ance and error correction mechanism in the reform and innovation of cadres. The key is to improve the system and create the environ- ment, the focus should be on the following aspects ： clearly define the content of fault tolerance and error correction ; scientifically and reasonably set up procedures of fault tolerance and error correction ; fault tolerance and error correction mechanism should be open and transparent ; establish and perfect the appeal relief mechanism; actively create a political environment to encourage reform and innovation.
