Determination of Eugenol in Clove Oil Oral Ulcer Film by UV

目的对丁香油口腔膜剂中有效成分丁香酚进行含量测定。方法建立丁香油口腔膜剂中丁香酚含量的紫外分析方法。结果该方法简单、准确、重现性好。丁香酚在14.85~39.60μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为98.6%,RSD=2.6%。结论采用紫外分光光度法测定丁香油口腔膜剂中丁香酚含量可有效进行质量控制,为下一步开展药效实验奠定较好的研究基础。

Objective To build determination methods of eugenol that is the active ingredients of clove oil oral ulcer film. Methods To establish a UV method for quality control of clove oil oral ulcer film. Results The method for determination of eugenol by UV was simple,accurate and reproducible. Eugenol in the range of 14. 85 - 39. 60μg / ml was linear,r = 0. 9999,average recovery was 98. 6%,and RSD = 2. 6 %. Conclusion To made the quality evaluation of clove oil oral ulcer film by UV,and lay a good foundation for further research of efficacy experiments.
